[scc-dev] aarch64 support.

Hi. I'm trying to compile scc in an aarch64 machine (pinebook pro) and
make quickly throws the error:

$ make CONF=arm64-linux
...

...
scripts/rules.mk:33: scripts/build/conf/aarch64-linux.mk: No such file
or directory
make[1]: *** No rule to make target
'scripts/build/conf/aarch64-linux.mk'. Stop.

I'm not a specialist but AFAIK arm64 and aarch64 are the same thing,
so I expected it to compile.

I'm using archlinuxarm, glibc and gcc. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks.
